panic setting in, the other board is reporting 10c bids and offers but let me put your fears to rest for the short term.

TSX/TSXV do not open their book to "balancing until 10 minutes before the market opens".
So what you are seeing is the people putting in sells and purposely withholding any buys.
(for panic purposes)

So for instance Bank XYZ gets an order to sell X shares, they place the order in the book. The book reflects the sell. But, if they get an order to buy, they do not have to place that order in the book until 10 minutes before market opens. So brokers are playing with your heart.....as in heart attack. Ignore the book until 9:20AM

So no need to Panic until 9:21AM EST
