I noticed the merger costs..... are going to cost between 10 million and 12 million

It will certainly mask any other measure of profitability or company health this quarter, which means the next milestone is likely to be not until the third week in July, along with the Q2 results. By that time the expense cuts that will go along with the acquisition will have settled down, and the re-shaped revenue stream will be more visible.

I'd say we are in for a $48m, (0.14) quarter.
