Afaq,Don,GP and All.
Like any one of us here shareholders and not, Tom Waite knows the public opinion
On reverse split (The stock usually will keep going down).
As the current major shareholder of the company he would like to keep the price up
In order to get more for his share as soon as he sells them.
IMHO if he was planing on selling his shares now, he wouldn't declare reverse split, but
Try to keep the price up by keeping the PR and hype running.
I think he has some better things planned for this stock (he doesn't look like someone who like to lose money), so I'm keeping my shares for now.
Everyone should do what he feels comfortable with, so if you think that was the peek, then sell now.
Of course I can be another paid Hypster (for the company or for the Shorts) so take my words as they
Are, JMHO.
Good luck
