OK. Understood. All 6000 traded stocks. You say thousands. The plural form indicates that you mean at least two thosand out of six thousand, i.e. at least one in three of all stocks have at least a billion shares. One of us must be ignorant about the average number of issued shares. This can easily be resolved by randomly picking a number of stocks and check the number of shares. A screening program would be faster. If you are right, I will promise never to post on this thread again.
