I vote for the old look, too. It has a smaller window to see all of my quotes, and it's much easier to quickly scan the page for the info I want on a stock I'm trading. This new look reminds me of the graphics intensive Discover/Lombard site.

The new features are certainly welcome, but can't they be on a separate page? How many daytraders really want a link to company profiles and long term financial info on their trading page? I keep another window open for that. Same is true for charts. What the old look excels at is fast quotes and a lean, speedy order interface.

Datek, please let the numbers decide. After a few weeks, see how many people are getting quotes and doing their trading on the old versus the new sites.

Sorry, Peter, don't mean to overly criticize your handiwork, but something tells me that you were forced into implementing the pretty look. And, who knows, maybe this look will appeal more to the masses than to us fanatics who do hundreds of trades a year through you.
