charred: If pdg decided to sue, something tells me that the government wouldn't have to look very deep to find that pdg KNOWINGLY entered into this VERY RISKY arrangement.
All cvg or whomever would have to do is dig up placers own lawyers legal advice. They were warned by there own lawyers that this was not a sure thing.
