Graphite is like coal, as long as you don't plan on making some one eat a lump of it. There are no issues.
Biotech anything new, and move to Graphene, or GO and you are in a new world. Nothing CCB intends on doing would make the Graphite dangerous, unless of course you are standing unprotected next to the U308 ball that goes in a Small Modular Reactor.
