Should be a rather simple solution to this distortion. Francis apparently takes calls

Ask him the following

1) Is the coating HC approved Yes/No
2) Is the mask with the coating HC approved Yes/No
3) Is the mask with the coating ASTM Level 1, 2, or 3 Certified Yes/No
4) Are Trebor uncoated masks ASTM Level 1,2,3 Certified Yes/No

Pretty simple questions and would put everything to rest

Answers to the above

1) No
2) No
3) No
4) Yes

Why does it matter? Well if you are P&D board it doesn't matter at all
If however you really want to know where you stand, then it does matter

And remember Tested and Approved are two different things.

Note the low today is 2.27 which keeps you in the 10% from PP Price
