Plant & Co. applies to list 21.61M warrants on CSE 2021-04-08 05:23 MT - News Release Mr. Shawn Moniz reports PLANT&CO ANNOUNCES LISTING OF WARRANTS ON THE CANADIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE Plant & Co. Brands Ltd. has applied to list 21,613,250 share purchase warrants of the company for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The warrants were previously issued in connection with a non-brokered private placement completed by the company on Dec. 14, 2020. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the company upon payment of the exercise price of 25 cents per warrant share prior to Dec. 10, 2022. The warrants, which are subject to a statutory four-month-and-one-day hold period expiring April 15, 2021, are expected to commence trading on the CSE at the open of markets on or about April 16, 2021, under the trading symbol VEGN.WT.
