Tim - I'm not sure about spill-over - I'm not sure about anything with this stock. My upside in TradeWave (something that I think most are missing) is that Sun River dumped millions into it to get it off the ground. I think VRSN is in that stage now. Look at VRSN's outstanding revenue growth over the past year - and look at the $9+ million they put into it last year. It must take millions to get a C/A business off the ground. We bought all that investment (Sun River dumped millions into TW) for pennies on the dollar (I think we paid something like $348k and picked up some low level of debt). So, we should be at an advanced point of departure for this business.
Keep in mind that we couldn't have bought this type of business any other way (we don't have that kind of cash). Actually, I'm surprised we can cash-flow TW as it was still burning cash under Sun River and we would have had to cross-over from the point of dumping money into it to a low-level or zero cash burn right as we took over - something I find hard to believe. So, we still need to do some due diligence on TW to really get a handle on where we're going. I think it will be good, but there are just a lot of strange questions that need to be answered.
