Kevin, AMD's Contribution to Promote CPU Sales: It is very true that without AMD Intel would not slash prices on its Pentium line such sharply in the past few quarters and more to come, but I was asking that question as an investor not as a consumer in mind. AMD has been a thorn on Intel's side throughout all these years. It seems to me, as an investor, that AMD's goal in existence is to make Intel's life, or Intel investors, as miserable as AMD can possibly make (pricing chips 25% below Intel's period). John.
