Hillary and Bernie aren't President. Don't be so ignorant. Biden is doing what Trump wouldn't.
To quote Biden, "You're full of shit."

Biden isn't doing anything that Trump wouldn't have done. Every state is getting vaccines in proportion to their respective populations. Every state then takes responsibility for distributing and administering the vaccine doses to the general population.

That was the plan under Trump, and nothing has changed since Biden's inauguration.
