So, were any laws broken or is it only a clear violation of her authority.

Will she get charged?

If I rob a gas station, am I violating my authority or breaking a law? Inquiring minds want to know.

Edit: I wonder if she overstepped her bounds, the article didn't say. That would be a biggie, if she overstepped.
