Now that Ericy wants Qcom's CDMA patents, do they still spin tall tales concerning IS95 with colored charts on their web site? Why, it looks like they do! Daniel, you have a lot of defending to do. ETSI needs Qcom IPR (my favorite would be the rake receiver patent) or their effort won't go mobile. As far as Qcom's IPR is concerned, since IS95 is proving itself daily, 60% of the world has yet to make a phonecall, and Globalstar is launching this week, what if Europe can't do anything to "Qualify-comm"? Everyone has been trying to do an "end run" around QCOM for years. No doubt Ericy has thrown every resource available on at least two continents at the problem. They have made little progress so far.
