Kuala Lumpur! KLSE up 24%. That Dr. M., you've got to hand it too him. The man just won't quit. I believe I read he was just with Ramos in the Philippines, about the currency exchange.

Of course, one could also make the case for Dr. M.'s responsibility in the collapse of the KLSE. BUT, I wasn't buying back then.
