If capitalism is so great why did our phrama companies need money from the government to begin working on a vaccine when a Germany did it without government?

There are pockets of capitalism in the world, such as BioNTech, but they did it because they wanted to make money off of the 1.4 billion people in China long before it became a pandemic. US phrama waited far too long and then sprang into action ONLY after it got money from taxpayers.

I see incompetent CEOs as being the biggest threat to capitalism, not socialism. I bought some Starbucks this morning and drove on streets created by socialism. My city is protected from crime using cops and more socialism. If my apartment starts fire I call on the socialists in the fire department.

Saying socialism doesn't work is absurd.
