Even with your "generous" assumptions, you have essentially confirmed the "pretty sick" yields AMD was getting on their 0.25 micron process from the Sunnyvale SDC fab.

1% or 5% - we are in disagreement by 5x (or 500%) but at 1% or 5%, those yields stink.
