Well, that's not consistent with any vision of America I ever heard of before Biden stole the election.

It was not a police officer's right or responsibility to decide whether this was a protest (it was) versus an insurrection (words that most of the cops could not define if they had to at that moment; besides the people on this thread and in the extreme liberal news media, I don't know of anyone who believes it).

It just doesn't meet the definition of an insurrection.

If she were breaking in with a weapon, it still doesn't show it was an insurrection. But I don't think lethal force could have been appropriate without evidence of a weapon, or an expressed intent to do harm to a police officer (who where the people that room was full of, I think).

This is not even a leftist position you're taking, it is a DEMOCRAT position. No leftist, moderate or Republican would take that position. Only Democrats who are defending not the country, but Joe Biden's theft of the presidency.
