$50 is huge? If it turns out to be a mistake, I just blew a whooping Can $50 and if it does blow up, I'll simply delete it and install my totally legit 2007 version which I know will work with Win 10.

I look at this crap much like I look at the stock market. If my potential upside is greater than my downside, I'll go for it.
