AFAIK, her only “act of violence” was to jump up into a window that had been broken out. I don’t know if it was her who broke it out or not, and it really doesn’t matter. She never laid a hand on anyone. You don’t shoot someone for that.

That cop needs to be locked up because he will offend again.

You are clearly showing a double standard here. If it wasn’t about killing her, it might be different. But that was a murder, clear as day.
