The facts are the election was stolen.

The fact is that the election was certified. All the pieces were certified. The result of a certified election is the default. Which makes it a fact. When proposing something counter to the default, the burden remains on you to prove it. Otherwise you do not have a fact. You only have speculation or an argument or a challenge, take your pick. "Fact" has been taken and is not available for you to claim.
