I think it's righteous, absolutely. The legal process was followed. We are a nation of laws, after all. Immutable is interesting. I would think so because it is fait accompli or settled or some such. I cannot imagine what the remedy might be. Credible is a bit tricky. Credibility is vested in the observer, not the fact. Lots of people don't find it credible. They are mistaken but that's beside the point per the definition. So, I would say it's credible adjacent. Civilized people ignore certain things at the margins like when everyone pretends that Aunt Sally didn't make a rude noise. We treat it as credible because citizenship so requires.
