Since you have Comcast have you checked out their cell service? If you have internet through them you can sign up and possibly bring your own phone. There are no monthly line charges with them. Believe it or not, my wife and I have two iPhones on their network and pay 17 bucks a month for both. AND, that is after they jacked up their monthly rates as we used to pay 7 bucks a month for the first couple of years we used the service. Now, keep in mind we don't use data because we live in a densely populated suburb of Chicago and Xfinity has hotspots that our phones link to automatically, so we find that we can have wifi connectivity everywhere we go around town. You can buy data from them 'by the gig', last time I checked it was 10 bucks.
