Had a chance to take a hard look at the presentation, looks very good and as expected. Two thoughts.

- don't like Eisner's shares(his group's shares, Tornante) will have 10/1 voting rights, but I do like they are rolling their whole investment in and not selling into the transaction.

- I think the real wild card as far as upside is the digital side. While they are forecasting a triple in revenue from 2019 to 2022 in digital, the absolute number estimated in 2022 is a relatively modest $51M. There could be some real upside to the number, imo.
