I agree but if you look at the history of the area you will see how useless it is mediating or arbitrating an outcome between Ukraine and Russia, the animosities that exist go back thousands of years.

There is also no way Ukrainians can do normal western style business because they think you're trying to screw them from all their bad experience with the Russians and other foreign invaders.

Contracts mean nothing and there is no legitimate court system if you have a dispute.

I enjoyed many trips to Ukraine, met some great people but the system is completely f---ked...
