The city of Hartford held two walk up clinics in the city, you had to be a resident to get the shot. They announced it would be the J&J shot, the rationale being residents of the inner city can't be relied upon to come back for the second shot. I don't live in Hartford but I went down there anyway and got in line. A woman came down the line reminding everyone that you had to be a resident of Hartford and had to show ID. I stepped out of line and told her I was not a resident, but really want the J&J shot, I wouldn't consider the other two. She said to come back at 5, and if there were enough left, she would get me in. That's what I did, I got lucky.
