I would make sure you've changed all passwords on any/all your Amazon accounts to make sure no one has unauthorized access.

I don't know how frequently you use AMZN but I would consider removing your current bank/credit card data until you feel comfortable or until you need to charge something new. At that time, I would add a different card so that you can ensure nothing is charged without your knowledge. No surprises.
