That wasn't a prediction, just a probable event.
When price is close to a model range boundary, it often corresponds to standard technical support / resistance analysis.
On the long term 30 minute model (approx one month) the upper band is now at usd $1.95 and declining, which suggests a good area for longs to sell and book profits.

usd $1.95 = cad $2.43, in the vicinity of the $2.50 private placement.
