Words express concepts. Cheating, for example, is different from corruption. It's also different from outmaneuvering. Or overpowering. Or outsmarting. (Same thing goes for lies and sales talk, etc.) You're just flailing around in the gauzy ether if you can't identify the concept and put it in the right box. Flailing around is just fine if you just want to have yourself a satisfying rant. For something constructive, for understanding, no so much. From the dictionary:
compartmentalize
to divide into categories or compartments.
differentiate
distinguish; to perceive the difference in or between.
Now, what in the world was your point? You are attempting an analogy comparing a system of government to a car? And that is somehow apt?
