George I will address your questions.

First I did say I was done with commenting on ZEN. However, since then it has become a BioTech and its become part of a controversy that should have been obvious from the getgo and that is HC never changed their testing from the testing done for uncoated masks when coated masks were invented.

So the one thing you can always count on with HC is they play catchup, they never step out in front and do things based on science, what they do is wait for science to present them with a problem and then knee jerk as you saw with this latest fiasco ie Graphene in masks

So when I say, that HC is a loose cannon with virtually no clue what they are doing you can take that to the bank. They will (because of their underfunding, lack of size and clout, and lack of manpower) shirk any responsibility for anything if there is an opening to do so. So if they blanket sweep an industry like the Graphene Industry, even if wrong, they will make the industry prove them wrong, not the other way around.

If you insist that the Graphene council will sway them, then I would suppose one would have to think that the Tobacco Industry fiasco caused them to learn nothing.

So the rule of thumb is, if HC shuts you down, its because they screwed up and did not order the right tests for that part of the industry in the first place. How they cover this up is "new info has come to light" and preliminary testing by HC shows lung implications. They never site where they got this info, or how or if legit. They throw out these Dog Whistles to prepare for a change in Testing Requirements and use one liners to justify the change.

So you will never see the report from HC that demonstrated lung compromise but it will be cited to execute a change in testing. So I am trading ZEN because I know BioTech and I know ZEN stock well enough to make money, $2.84 so far.

As for CCB, well its easy to crap on CCB, I do it occasionally myself for medicinal purposes. But they are in the throws of Permitting, something ZEN will never do, but its good to talk about and a great promo for ZENs future. But its all talk. When you are in the Permitting process (which you will never see) you run up against numerous issues. Whether Indigenous, or Enviro Peeps or NIMBY, there are always people who do not want a Mine and there are always people who will do anything to stop it. Companies must follow the process, People do not have to, they can do and say anything, they can slander, lie, and commit fraud and it appears there is little recourse. So it takes time. As for needing CCB for my retirement? No, ZEN and other stocks did that for me when I sold ZEN at $3.42 average in 2013 after buying at 31c or don't you remember that lol . MOO
