I had never heard of Dan Bricklin's involvement.

But clearly, they had serious problems and they quickly disappeared. I think Hyundai may have been hurt as much as anyone, as it was seen as being of the same ilk and it took time for them to overcome that image.

(Hyundai did have issues early on, but nothing like the Yugo).
