Cough, cough... Some oddities appearing today... Rusoro went back to court and got their judgement reinstated... There was a trading halt imposed in Canada... since lifted... but no other news out since March 31 ? There's no other apparent movement in the related issues I can see, since January... when a Delaware judge over-ruled the U.S. government's action suspending collection in the Crystallex case I've not found anything more recent in the news about that... but will dig into the Delaware courts and see what I can find. Crystallex went private so they're not talking. The other related issue with a billion dollar judgement is Gold Reserve... Gold Reserve and Rusoro are opposites in structure... Rusoro with 545 million outstanding and 36 million in debt... vs Gold Reserve with 99 million outstanding and 57.5 million in cash... GDRZF at $1.37 or as GRZ.V at $1.72 RMLFF at $0.0523 or as RML.V at $0.06
