Um, being murdered by cops is not part of due process. In fact, it is a violation of due process. There isn't even a concept of rejecting due process. Now you may not cooperate with the proceedings, but due process doesn't require you to. It is a right of everyone, not a reward for good behavior. And has absolutely nothing to do with past behavior, real or imagined.

Again, the country you think you live in is very strange.
