It was dec selling off the pieces that tipped the scales and made them attractive enough for cpq to do the deal.

don't think cpq will do a storage company. they have started and owned one of them years ago. they got rid of Conner in the 80's I think.
they sent me there to implement all the systems.
they would rather have drives come in the day they are used and not stk them except for spares orders.
