The problem is other companies have Trademarked and sought patent for their INK
So if ZEN goes through FDA without ensuring there is no US company that has the patent for the INK then they could be nailed
So the process is apply USA for Patent, if approved, then apply for FDA testing otherwise you could be screwed. Remember its not the mask, its the coating that ZEN makes.
So its the mask maker that applies for FDA but if the coating is not protected, then they can get a cease and desist.
