Even if you win your billion dollars... doesn't mean you're going to get a dime...

The global economic order seemed to take a huge leap forward as the international arbitration entities appeared to be giving a new chance of leveling the playing field... to give capital a chance to survive contact with the flagrant corruption of officialdom...

These days... with a couple of years of effort... that's looking more and more to be a tad overly optimistic...

Not only are the arbitration panels themselves quickly become as subject to the influence of corruption as the originating sources... there's also still all kinds of obstacles to enforcement of a fully legitimate judgement...

Few seem to be talking about the implications... which will include reeling back in a lot of the expansion of capital that has been pushed out into the less developed world... if not only the local political risks are unabated... but the arbitration processes prove incompetent in delivering a RESULT in a judgement.
