Are you taking issue with something I said, and if so, what? As to your training as an economist, I'm sorry, but other than econometrics, I find little of value in the field of macro. It is the business department's sociology curriculum. The biggest names in economics today are idiots who are locked into political ideologies rather than sound economic policy. It is true my economics knowledge focused on micro and econometrics, and all of it was have a century ago. So, I don't claim much knowledge of this field. But I do have the gumption to recognize that wasteful spending is always, 100% of the time, a bad idea; and the spending for the sake of spending is always harmful. The Biden wasteful spending legislation is the dumbest shit I've ever heard of.
