politico.com ........just today, I became aware of a very curious local development on this housing plan in LaGrange NY..... a suburban town in Dutchess County NY about 70 miles north of NYC.............. the timing, size, nature, and LOCATION of the project seem problematic......it may not be related but my instincts say otherwise.........it might be some sort of test case...............I need to find out more..........but the local uproar has already begun.
