Insider Sales (1/23 Report) - Chairman sells 30,000 shares avg price $27.53.

According to Inside Trader's 1/23 report the Chairman made sales of 30,000 shares in December.

See insidertrader.com

Anyone know the quantity held by the chairman.

This follows a sale of 12,000 shares by an unspecified officer on 12/16 at avg price of $24.50.

See 1/16 report insidertrader.com.

Question - Why did these officers not see further value in the stock price beyond the current bottom?

Also, From 10K filed 1/28 (http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/6281/0000950135-98-000301.txt):

"The Company sells its products worldwide through a direct sales force,
third-party industrial distributors and independent sales representatives.

Approximately 46% of fiscal 1997 revenue was derived from customers in North America, while most of the balance was derived from customers in Western Europe and the Far East."

Maybe there is more Asian exposure (aka NSM) then first look.

Any comments?
