conf call ended about 15 minutes ago. ub is the least of the problems. i do not have time to go into details. replay is available but they didn't give the #-call nn investor relations. tdm down $60mm sequentially. expect to regain maybe 1/2 of that decline in q4 but still obviously way down. guidance for fy99 in 15% decline in tdm revenues over final fy98 #'s which will be pathetic. 36120 in packet area down similiar to tdm-ugly. lots of run around on questions and rah rah about design wins that i have heard too many times before. my question is: when will these design wins = signif revenues. now they say late cal 98.....it just keeps being pushed out. still don't think t m's ego has come to terms with reality. great visionary, poor at running operations once entity is established. talk of reduction of expenses but it was not of the scale that i (or others) want to see. disappointing to say the least. gotta go...... all imo only....nick
