I don't know what the States are doing, but as I indicated my prior post, I am doing the AIrBnB foreign route for a constant 8- 9 mos minimum. No way can I afford the hotels... all my monies go via AirBnB for my lengthy stays. The market dictates money spent. As of this moment, I am in the Balkans. If one would pull up the AirBnB website, *there* *are a* *ton of stays here* and from what I was told, it's more competitive each new year. *I'm thinking, whatever the cost* structure of the participants, AirBnB should do well. I'm travelling the Covid route, so my stays are a discount but *as I write the Balkans* *are opening and* *I think AirBnB should profit* *well* *with the increasing tourism.*
