Hi EL,

California has tried that crap before.

What happens when someone is transferred to California? They have to register their ICE car.

Used to be that way with California's unique auto pollution systems, every new car sold had to have a California emission system.

So OEM makers charged extra for the additional costs.

Californinas went out of state and bought elsewhere and transferred them into california.

Brilliant California politicians realized they were missing out on tax revenue and got to their senses.

Over regulation never pays in a free market.

Correct regulation should not have a political agenda.

Californian citizens will wake up and remove the fools and their errant laws via propositions.

As the world turns.

Ditto anti natural gas laws.
