Ditto for my husband. He has been taking turmeric for over two yrs and his arthritis is much better. I'm not sure how much he takes, but he swears by it. I have been taking a daily dose of naproxin for over 20 yrs, and I want to get off of it. How much did your doc recommend? I have no idea whether it helps other people, but it has made a huge difference for me.
