My husband takes the brand below, his dosage is one capsule twice a day with meals, and he's had great results. I am going to try it basically because it is what his doc recommended, and also because of the statement on the back of the packaging. amazon.com I've been wanting to switch to turmeric for awhile, so thanks for bringing this up and reminding me.
