I think the underlying goal of defund the police is to put in place a federal police force. Remember Obama said he wanted to create a 100k man police force armed equal in power as the military. Bush gave us the Patriot Act. Domestic enemies know the majority of local law enforcement are not part of their left wing views. We have local sheriffs that are publicly standing up against the feds' gun grab, immigration, mask mandates. Eliminating constitutional restrictions is a good beginning.... Our domestic enemies are simply consolidating power in their allies while silencing and destroying the opposition, where ever it is. So many more pieces fit, but y'all get my drift.
