Mexico would pay for a wall were it built. You're not stupid about these things; you realize there are different ways of "making Mexico pay for the wall". Had we kept Biden's illegals out with a wall, that would have paid for the wall.

Instead, he has brought the children to Houston where one got killed Friday night, at which time they packed up 500 kids and dispersed them around the country never to be heard from again.
