Its really too bad that Zenners do not how commercial sales work.
Lets suppose ZEN starts selling into the USA through Trebor. Did ZEN file for patent in USA? Gee I don't know? No news release ever said they did and that would be material info? Gee, is there someone else who owns a patent right now in USA? Gee, I don't know? The only way I could be sure that all my profits were not confiscated in a patent violation in a lawsuit, is to file a patent pending application. Did they? Gee not according to material info..... what about India.......same thing....is there a patent? Are you violating it?

Its not the formula, its the concept. If I say, I have a patent on a spray graphene oxide and I spray it on masks to make them 99% COVID masks, thats a patent. I do not have to specify the content of my secret sauce all I have to do is say its graphene oxide based. Otherwise if you had to know the content of the Secret Sauce everyone would know how to make Coca Cola wouldn't they!

Has ZEN filed hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of Patent Pending applications around the world? Who filed first? Did someone file in Canada before ZEN? Thats why its "Pending", they won't know for about a year if there Patent filing was first.
