I don't follow temp staffing companies. I do follow IT consulting/staffing companies and there I like CATP and ARSC (although their P/E's have expanded). Plain staffing is a growth business but providing bodies without any other value-add is a competitive business prone to margin contraction. Unemployment is low so companies like ASI and CSTF are doing well in their core staffing biz but it is their IT staffing that is the better biz. Eventually, the temp staffing biz will get squeezed. There looks to be a little room in the P/E's of ASI and CSTF for some expansion so there might be a trade in those two high-quality names. Good luck.
