Hi Julius, Would you add the word "substantially "? For a brokerage to boost that much more capital to enable it - they'd really have to charge a lot wouldn't they? Looks the end of shorting, unless you are long the underlying stock. I think I like that idea! My spin on this change is it is a result from the Gamestop short fiasco. Should hair lip the hedge funds too, unless the dark pools want to get in the game and are excluded? Bob
