I'm not currently adding to T but am considering an add on purchase to VZ in the next week or so. After today it's on my "next man up" list.

I am currently adding to positions announcing good news and T isn't announcing any. T is a large enough position and providing enough income to simply remain a "hold" in our portfolios for now.

I don't know if a dividend cut is coming but I do know T needs to de-leverage some of that debt they have on the books so for now I will treat it the same way I did GIS ... hold until they start raising the dividend again and then I'll add more.

Again, I am managing T the same way I do a CEF. Apply that same mentality to how you are managing your CEF's and you'll come up with your answer. Don't they have frozen dividends as well? How do you manage that?
